Smoking Cessation Courses - 7 weeks - January 11, 2017 - February 22, 2017

This is a free 7 week course held Wednesday mornings from 10:30am - 11:30am in a support group setting. You will learn to understand your smoking habit, avoid and alter trigger situations, use alternative substitutes in place of cigarettes, set a smoking stop date and develop a cessation plan.
