A substitute (transfer of registration) may be an option if requested at least 14 days before the event (by 01/24/17). A registration may only be transferred once and fees cannot be refunded after a transfer has been made.

Air Travel
Alaska Airlines is offering a 7% discount for PRC attendees flying into San Francisco, Oakland, Santa Rosa or Sacramento. When booking, use the meeting discount code - ECMZ060. To use the Discount Code, go online to alaskaair.com and input the Discount Code when searching for flights. The discount will be applied to any flights meeting the contract parameters. You may also use the Discount Code by calling the Alaska Airlines Group Desk at 800-445-4435; however, a $15.00 per person ticketing fee will apply if you choose this method.
