Stress and its Effects on Behavior 02/20/20

During this training, we will learn about how stress affects us by focusing on Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and  Executive Functioning. We will also learn about toxic stress, vicarious trauma and self-care techniques. Participants will leave this training with practical tools to help them deal with children’s stress as well as their own.
