Guiding a child’s behavior is something that is done throughout the day, every day. This practice is not only present when challenging behaviors occur but also in every experience from classroom management, routines, interactions, and social emotional development when forming secure attachments. This training will identify some challenging behaviors we see in our work with young children, link relationship building to positive guidance and identify and implement strategies to use in the classroom and at home.
