YOU are a leader— Whether that be in your classroom, in your program, and/or with the children & families you interact with. This training is geared towards everyone in the early childhood setting, no matter what your specific role is. What values drive your daily decisions? Where did these values come from? How can you use them most effectively? Activities will be presented that allow you to better understand your strengths as well as areas of opportunity. We will uncover the differences between technical and adaptive work and how to navigate challenges that arise when working with others who hold differing values and beliefs.
