Creating Individual Professional Development Plans 3/25/17

Presenter: Daisy Viyuoh, Kane County Health Dept. Participants will define and explain the value of professional development. This training will assist in recognizing the relationship of staff development to Continuous Quality Improvement. Participants will also be able to identify the components of an effective professional development plan.
