Cancellation Policy: In the event you are unable to attend this event a replacement delegate may be sent in your place. Should you wish to cancel your registration we will refund your registration less an administration fee of 10%, provided we receive notice of the cancellation more than 14 days prior to the start of the event. Cancellations received after this time will forfeit their registration fee.
