Join us for a lunch and learn webinar series designed to strengthen your skills and your nonprofit's strategic thinking. This four session series will address Strategic Planning, Board Development, Revenue Planning and Social Impact Planning.
Session 1 Strengthening Your Impact Model: This session will review fundamental models of Impact. By the end of this session you will be able to create a Logic or Social Impact model to help you design and communicate the story of the change that your nonprofit is making. The session will also discuss theories of change and a systems view of the social ecology of the community you serve.
Session 2 Strategic Thinking and Strategic Planning: This session will overview a framework for strategic planning. Unique to this session is an emphasis on matching your strategic planning process with the organizational challenges associated with four distinct nonprofit stages of development. By the end of this session you will be able to design a strategic planning process for your agency.
Session 3 Building Your Revenue Model: This session will review a framework for assessing and planning for reliable and autonomous revenues to fuel both operating revenues for your agency and the capital investments to fuel your growth. By the end of this session you will be able to identify a pathway to strengthen your revenue Model.
Session 4 - Aligning Your Board The last session will focus on creating a board that will support the performance and growth of your organization. By the end of this session you will be able to develop an approach to strengthening your board design and operations.
Mark P. Fulop, MA, MPH is the Owner & Principal of Facilitation & Process, LLC, a Portland-based consulting firm serving nonprofits, government and philanthropy. Mark brings over two decades of career experience to his consulting practice. His deep experience base includes holding management positions in three different county government agencies, two academic universities and four nonprofit organizations. With Master’s degrees in Public Health and Educational Technology, he has expertise in organizational development, strategic planning, program planning and evaluation, and community organization. Further, Mark has training and experience in facilitation, facilitative leadership and community mediation.
