Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification 

Our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (Process Improvement Specialist) certification helps you start your journey to discovering the tools necessary to lead your organization through times of change and challenge.

Earn a certification as a Yellow Belt (Process Improvement Specialist) by completing the following Certification Requirements:

• Attend 8 hours of Lean Six Sigma introductory topics and simulation (four 2-hour sessions)
• Attend three (3) of the following 2-hour webinars:
  
  • Leading Virtual Teams
  • Data Types and Data Integrity – Understand and Trust Your Data
  • Measure Tools and Graphs
  • Root Cause with Teams
  • Hypothesis Testing – Using Data to Prove Relationships
  • Generating Solutions
  • Testing Improvements with Data – How to Set Up and Run Pilots
  • Creating Feedback Loops for Control
• Submit evidence of practical application of at least three (3) tools and concepts learned
• Pass certification exam

By completing this certification, participants have the skills to:

• Evaluate processes for value creation using Lean principles
• Manage process performance using good metrics
• Utilize data to drive evidence-based decision making and policymaking
• Empower teams to effectively problem solve and improve their work areas
• Plus advanced skills with feedback in the three areas you chose to focus on above
