Training for Trainers Part 2: Analyzing your Training
Training For Trainers (TFT) 2: Analyzing Your Training is a 20 hour 3-day series, April 20, 21, 22, 2020 from 8:30am - 4:30pm. This course will assist you in preparing and delivering training to participants at the intermediate level in WKC competencies. TFT 2 will focus on in-depth examination of adult learning theory and how to motivate adults to move from basic understanding/ knowledge of concepts to putting the concepts into intentional practice.
TFT 2 will guide trainers to be responsive planners and thinkers. Trainers will experience the concept development process and be better prepared to help participants analyze and apply concepts with children. Includes manual, pre-assignment and homework. Dr. Pat Minish, Advanced Level 3 Trainer, will be the Instructor.
