Training for Trainers Part II: Analyzing your Training

Training For Trainers (TFT) Part II: Analyzing Your Training is a 20 hour 3-day series, October 25-27, 2017 from 8:00am - 4:00pm This course will assist you in preparing and delivering training to participants at the intermediate level in ECE, SAC or ADM competencies. TFT Part II will focus on in-depth examination of adult learning theory and how to motivate adults to move from basic understanding/ knowledge of concepts to putting the concepts into intentional practice.
TFT Part II will guide trainers to be responsive planners and thinkers. Trainers will experience the concept development process and be better prepared to help participants analyze and apply concepts with children. Includes manual, pre-assignment and homework. Dr. Pat Minish, Advanced Level III Trainer, will be the Instructor.
