            "Understanding Financial Reports,                   Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards"

Terrie is an MBA, CPA and chair of the accounting department at Elizabethtown College. She also has 11 years of experience working outside academia in the field of accounting.  In this session Terrie will help you to understand the basics of reading financial statements, such as the P & L statement and balance sheet.  She will also build on her previous session by going into greater detail on how to develop Key Performance Indicators and Dashboards to help monitor the performance of your organization.  Cargas Systems will present an example of the KPI's that they use for their business during the 2nd half of the presentation.
