2017 Spring WSO and WFWS Convention

Please see your Watermark "Yellow Pages" for additional information for each event. 

• Note that there are multiple events on Saturday during the same time frame. Please make sure that you do not register for conflicting events unless you intend to do so. Select one event for yourself and each guest for each time frame. Please review your registration choices before submitting for confirmation & payment; registration changes after confirmation are very difficult.    
• New !!  A waiting list will be maintained for each event.  Please send an e-mail to conventionregistration@watercolorsocietyoforegon.com with the name of the event in the subject line, and you will be contacted if a space opens up! 
• NAME BADGES MUST BE WORN all weekend, at all events.        

Special Note: there will be a lecture by Jeannie McGuire at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art on Sunday Afternoon at 2 pm. It is open to the public; convention registrants may attend for no charge with convention badge.

Refund Policy:
(VIII.c.1.b) - Refunds are made only if a reservation is canceled within five (5) days after the close of online registration, or in the event of serious illness, accident, or death in the family..
(VIII.c.1.c) - Refunds, less a $5.00 processing fee, will be mailed after the convention.
