The ATTORNEY MARKETING ANNEX(AMA) grew out of the realization that most attorneys receive most of their clients as referrals from other attorneys. This attorney referral network is different from others because it is comprised of attorneys from various fields of legal practice but with only three attorney from each legal specialty.
It is the perfect venue to further your professional relationships and grow your law practice through networking, referrals, and marketing with other lawyers in the Doral and Miami Area. Membership is limited to only lawyers and limited professionals (subject to approval by AMA members).

About Our Speaker:
Ms. Morales' practice focuses on real estate and transactional matters, including:
- Real Estate & Lending, in all aspects of real estate and commercial transactions including commercial and residential real estate leasing and lending, acquisitions, financing and sale transactions, development of residential and commercial properties, asset based lending, title review and insurance, creditor-debtor relationships, and structuring, documenting and closing secured loans for both borrowers and lenders;
- U.S. and International Corporate-Related Matters, such as entity formation, corporate resolutions and operating agreements, the purchase and sale of businesses, formation and structuring of businesses, acquisitions, restructuring and dissolution of businesses, as well as contractual and other transactional matters; and
- Commercial and Business Litigation Support, in areas such as real estate-related disputes, contract disputes and other business matters.
