Certificates are now available 24 hours/day; 7 days a week during the entire 5 year period.
- The exam has become increasingly harder over the past 5 years and reveiw of the course book is essential to your passing the exam.
- Passing grades are not guaranteed.
- Utilize the Practice Exam in order to become familiar with some of the question styles.

Heather McGowan is a Registered, Licensed Dietitian who has worked in the Food Service Industry for over 30 years and has been a ServSafe Instructor for the last 14 years.
Natural Solutions was created because Food is our Passion. Cape Cod based, but with strong ties to Berkshire County. We are willing to travel to meet your Food Safety needs.
Private Exam Options
Quick and Easy options to meet your busy schedule
Exams proctored at your location, Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
1. EXAM only - $145 (recommended only if you are confident with the ServSafe material)
2. Study on your own utilizing the ServSafe Manager's 7th edition book, with Proctored Online Exam - $190 (highly recommended, book mailed in advance)
3. Study on your own utilizing the ServSafe Manager's ONLINE course; Proctored online exam - $345 (recommended if you need a classroom type experience but don't have time to attend a class).
Exams are available in French Canadian, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese & Large Print. A minimum of 2 weeks notice required on all special requests. Course books in Spanish available, additional fee of $25.

Dates and times will be upon mutual agreement and will be confirmed via email.

This customized 90 minutetraining will cover the essentials:
- Basic Food Safety
- Personal Hygiene
- Hand-washing
- Cross contamination and Allergens
- Time and Temperature Abuse
- Plus customization that is essential to your business
All classes are custominzed to meet your business needs and are completed at your location. A "Certificate of Achievement" is awarded after completion of class and exam. This is a perfect class for waitresses, hostesses, bus staff, bartenders and dishwashers.
