ServSafe Food Protection Manager's Course (as above), PLUS Online ServSafe Alcohol course & Protctored exam Take the online Alcohol course at your convenience & location, exam is proctored the day of your Food Protecttion Manager's course, at the conclusion of class/exam. * Laptop computer with wireless access is required for the exam & must be brought with you to the exam location. Check technical requirements for online course & exam prior to purchasing. Early Registration: $245
3. ServSafe Food Protection Manager's course & exam; without text book (recommended if you have access to the ServSafe 5th edition book) Early Registration: $180
