 We are so honored to welcome the return of Hale Tea owner, Thelma Considine, as she shares her passion of brewing the perfect cup of tea!  Originally from the Western Cape of South Africa, Thelma's love of tea began as a natural part of life.  Her beautiful British accent will entertain as you enjoy several whole- leaf natural teas with her famous shortbread after your luncheon.

LUNCHEON COURSE

Tortellini w/ Marinated Vegetables

Greek-Inspired Green Salad

"TEA 101, THE ART OF TEA"

Thelma will discuss each teas' unique qualities and brewing specifications

Several whole-leaf, natural teas will be available to brew and sip including Black, Green, Red, White, and Herbal ( A special surprise is one blended just for us, "Parisienne Dreams")

Thelma's Famous Scottish Shortbread

 

And yes, we know you men love tea too, so come on!

We can seat groups together, so you can reserve as a group by adding guests under one reservation.  Or if you are registering separately but want to sit as a group, call me and let me know and I will make sure you are seated together!

You will enjoy tea in your own cup, so bring your favorite tea cup  and feel free to tell us why it is so special!(No worries if you forget- we have a few extra)

This will be a fun way to ring in the Fall,  so get a group of friends together and stay a while to enjoy our vineyard at harvest time!
