The Harry R. Hughes Center for Agro-Ecology Technical Needs Workshop 

The Hughes Center has organized a one day workshop to provide the Eastern Shore jurisdictions with knowledge regarding potential projects and funding opportunities to build their capacity to improve local water quality. The workshop will feature presentations by UMD Sea Grant Extension watershed restoration specialists, UMD Environmental Finance Center staff, and a professional grantwriter. Along with the presentations, participants will have the opportunity to engage in office hours with the presenters.

This event is free to participants. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided. Funding for this event is provided by the Rural Maryland Council.

Participants should bring ideas, challenges, and a laptop if possible.
