This program is not just designed to help you lose weight, but to regain optimal health! My staff and I look forward to helping you achieve your goals!
Please keep in mind, registration will close once we fill 20 seats. Class starts on March 1, 2016 and continues every Tuesday for 9 Weeks ending on April 26, 2016.
Payment Plan:
If cash flow is tight but you are ready to change your life and commit today, we are now offering an extended payment plan.
Pay $575 now, and make three additional payments of $575 each.
Payment 2 is due on or before Class #3.
Payment 3 is due on or before Class #5.
Payment 4 is due on or before Class #7.
Payment 3 is due on or before Class #5.
Payment 4 is due on or before Class #7.
(Note: the total amount paid on the extended payment plan will be $2300. Also, there are no family/friends discounts with the payment plan.)
