Relson Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Seminar 

The Silent Mind is adding Relson Gracie Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to its extensive martial art curriculum in January 2016.  Relson Gracie is the second son of Grand Master Helio Gracie.  He was the undefeated Brazilian National Champion for 22 consecutive years.

We're conducting this free seminar to introduce Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to the public.  All are welcome (12 and older please).

Come meet our instructors and get your first taste of this popular and street-ready self-defense system.
