Sensei Tim Timothy Loomis, owner of The Silent Mind will facilitate this discussion. Tim is a minister and conducts a weekly meditation and Deeksha classes. He's been meditating and doing many other spiritual practices daily since 1981. Tim enjoys sharing his knowledge with his corporate, private, and group clients.

We’ll explore aspects of personal mastery in this evening discussion group. Be prepared to participate in group discussions and practices. The evening focuses on your own personal journey of discovery.

There is a rough outline, but we will follow our instrincts and our intuitions once we get started. I encourage you to bring topics for discussion to class.
