A Very Rare Gentle Effortless Meditation (GEM)
technique to effortlessly go beyond the mind
This class is for new students and those who currently practice a meditation technique. This is a stand-alone program complimentary to Living In Harmony (LIH) events. Dr. G.'s goal is to enable everyone to have deeper and more peaceful states of meditation, effortlessly. “Dr. G. is my teacher” (Tim Loomis proprietor, The Silent Mind).

5 Classes starting on Wednesdays June 17th
On July 8th we will have an LIH Special Event which is a
separate program everyone will be invited to attend.
Time
7:00 - roughly 9:00 pm.
$200.00 for 5 classes
(includes 3 discounted physical/energetic entrainments)
3 Specialized and Personalized Physical/Energetic Entrainments are included at the 1st Session of the 5-week course to initiate a clearing of the Spinal Energy Channels that frequently compliment effortless meditation.
