** A Change for 2017 ** 

Our June memorial event will no longer be a butterfly release. The Monarch butterfly population has been deemed at risk and conservation efforts are taking place to ensure their survival, which includes restrictions on shipping butterflies in the mail. To do our part, we will no longer release butterflies during our memorial events. We hope you'll continue to join us to celebrate the lives of so many children who are loved and remembered.

IMPORTANT PARKING INFORMATION: As our event grows in size, parking in the small parking lot meant for the park has become a challenge. Please note that *POLICE WILL TICKET* any cars that are parked illegally, even if you are in the parking lot.  There is plenty of room to park in the neighborhood adjacent to the park and across the street on Pine Lane. RTF cannot assist you if you should get a ticket for parking illegally. Please give yourself time to park and walk to the event. Consider carpooling with others if you can.   

 

Our memorial event is free to attend.

Register by JUNE 15 to have your child's name included in the printed program. If you miss the registration deadline, you may still attend and request your child's name be added to the list of names to be read aloud during the event. As always, this event is free to attend. Please note this is a family event, and children will be present.

You do not have to be present or live locally in order to have your child included in our event. Simply RSVP for 0 people and an event program will be mailed to you after the event.

of serving the child loss community. Please help us

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, I agree that this waiver shall include any rights or causes of action resulting from personal injury to me, the party for which I have registered, or damage to our property sustained in connection with our activities during the Event. I also hereby authorize and consent that The Rowan Tree Foundation has the right to copyright, publish, use, sell or assign any and all photographic pictures, videos and/or sound recordings taken or made of me or my party may be included in whole or part during the Event. I grant permission to The Rowan Tree Foundation to allow these images and/or recordings to be put to legitimate use at their discretion. I relinquish all rights, title or interest to any furnished products, reproductions or facsimiles.
