Enjoy a "Voyage + Vineyard" River Discovery Tour!

Learn more about your river and our work, and join us on the Willamette River Water Trail for this exceptional River Discovery camping adventure!

What: We'll cover 33.5 scenic miles of your Willamette River over two days, launching from Wallace Marine Park in Salem on Saturday morning, camping at the lovely Arcane Cellars at Wheatland Winery & Vineyard, and taking-out at Rodgers Landing on Sunday afternoon.

This trip includes: a shuttle service, 3 delicious catered mealssafety support and educational topics along the river, and live "Parisian Americana" music by French Troubadour, Eric John Keizer in the evening.

Cost: $275

Participants: This trip will be limited to 40 participants, or a minimum of 30 participants.  Kids are welcome of course!  Youth 12 and under need to paddle with an adult.

Boats: Willamette Riverkeeper canoes will be available for rent for an additional $30 or Bring-Your-Own canoe or kayak.  Keep in mind that you are responsible for packing your personal camping gear into your own boat!  It is not safe or acceptable to pile your camping bags on the deck of your kayak for this trip.  Gear must be secured INSIDE of your boat.

Bring: Pack a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping pad, clothes, rain/sun hat, rain gear, sunglasses, sunscreen, 2-3 water bottles, headlamp, lunch for Saturday, extra snacks, waterproof camera, dry bags to keep your personal gear dry when packed in your boat.

How the shuttle works: On Saturday morning, meet at Rodgers Landing in Newberg at 8:00am.  Here you may park your car overnight.  We will load your personal kayak or canoe onto our trailers (if you have one), you will board the school bus with your camping gear, and we will all head down to our put-in at Wallace Marine Park in Salem.

Cancelation Policy: We will not be able to rufund any cancelations, unless we do not meet our minimum participant number of 30 guests.
