A one of a kind Culinary event in Erin! Book signing with Chef Michael Smith at TFCA at 1pm. Reception and Chef's Chat to follow at Centre 2000 Theatre Auditorium, starting with appetizers from Chef Michaels book at 1:30pm (cash bar), followed by Chef's Chat with Chef Michael at 2pm. Tickets are $125 in store or $135 online. February 20, 1 - 3pm
