Join with other liturgical ministers - youth and adult - from St. Max for a day of renewal. Liturgical scholar and pastor Fr. Jeff Kemper will help us reflect upon the last 50 years of liturgical ministry since the Second Vatican Council.
Take time to recharge your “ministry batteries” before the new liturgical year begins! Become more imbued with the spirit of the liturgy! Spend time with other ministers building community and reflecting on how we serve our parish at prayer together!

Fr. Jeff Kemper is a nationally-known teacher and author on liturgy and sacraments. He currently serves as pastor of St. John the Baptist Parish in Harrison, Ohio. Fr. Kemper also served as Professor of Sacramental Theology and Director of Liturgy at the Athenaeum of Ohio/Mt. St. Mary’s Seminary in the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. He holds a Ph. D in Sacramental Theology and a MA in Liturgical Studies from the University of Notre Dame.
