409 Elm Street: Red Oak Apartments

Join AIA New Hampshire on March 23 for an architectural tour of newly completed 409 Elm St., Red Oak Apartments. The tour will be led by Lono Hunter of Dennis Mires PA The Architects who will share all the sustainability features in the six story building that will save energy and minimize operational maintenance. Smart technologies, renewable energy sources, Cloud Beds, efficiently designed apartment units, EV charge ports and other building features that attract urban dwellers to apartment living will also be discussed.

After the tour, join AIANH at the Thirsty Moose for a libation and some social networking. The pub is an 8 minute walk from 409 Elm.
