The Basics of Email Marketing
What is it?
This fundamental workshop provides you with the step by step design process in branding your Master Template. Learn how to confidently set email marketing goals, brand your master template, and increase engagement by using simple yet powerful best practices.

Who Should Attend?
This session is geared for users who have little to no experience using Constant Contact’s, Email Marketing tool. It is also targeted towards users with some experience, but wants a more efficient way of creating a master template.
Email Marketing 201
Taking Your Email to the Next Level
What is it?
Email 201 is an extension of Email 101. This course will provide additional best practices and teach techniques to enhance your master template (previously created). By incorporating more advanced Email Marketing features, learners will take an email to the next level by getting their audience to take action!

During this three hour class we'll cover:
Who Should Attend?
This workshop is the post-course for users who have attended Email 101and want to expand off of the knowledge they have learned in that course. It is also intended for users who have more experience using Constant Contact but want to learn more about additional features and techniques offered to them, that they may be unaware of.
Pre-requisites: Email 101 is preferred but not required. However, if you choose to bypass our Email 101 course you will need to prepare a pre-made master template that includes your company colors, logo, social media buttons, and quick links.

Best Practices to Get your Email Opened
What is it?
Learn how to increase sending reports and getting emails noticed with industry best practices, strategies, and techniques. By learning the essentials in managing your contacts, producing effective send settings, and monitoring your reports, learners will identify ways to increase visibility in an email inbox.

Who Should Attend?
This module is targeting for users with minimal experience using our contact management tool or for those who are new to Email Marketing. It is also intended for more tenured Constant Contact users but are looking to manage their contacts more efficiently. Anyone who wants to learn about industry best practices on “safe sending”, and who needs assistance identifying areas of opportunity to increase results, this class is for you!
