WiOPS OCTOBER 2018 PANEL DISCUSSION: STORIES FROM THE LADDER WITH WEBCOR

Wherever you are on the advancement ladder, there is room to climb higher. There are also people above you ready to lend a hand and those who aspire to follow you climbing rungs behind you. Building a strong network is a vital activity as you prepare to move up in your company and fulfill your professional goals.

Women in Construction Operations (WiOPS) is all about mentoring, educating, and networking to grow the next generation of women leaders in construction.

Building your dream network is just one of the elements of career planning that will be the focus of a special WiOPS event, "Stories from the Ladder." Five panelists will share their stories of success and achievement; they represent general contractors and subcontractors as well as the spectrum of achievement, from Project Manager/Superintendent to Project Executive. The panelists will share their goals and discuss not only how the measures of success have changed, but how they have changed personally as they have ascended the ladder.

Sarah Muzquiz, Account Executive with Johnson Controls, will moderate the panel, which is being co-sponsored by Webcor and Autodesk.

We highly encourage everyone to come early to explore the dozens of fascinating exhibits showcased at the Autodesk Gallery!  Hors d'oeuvres and beverages will be served between 4:30pm – 6:00pm. 

Time:

4:30 p.m. – Check-in and Autodesk Gallery Exhibits

6:00 p.m. – Moderated Panel Discussion

7:00-8pm. – Networking and Goal Setting

Limited street parking available Close to the San Francisco Building and one block from the Embarcadero Station for BART and MUNI, the Autodesk Gallery is easily accessible by public transportation
