Traditional leadership paradigms are pretty “top down,” it’s time to start exploring ways that employees can lead from the middle. 

On June 18th the WTS NC Triangle Chapter will be hosting a breakfast open discussion about what does it mean to “lead from the middle”.

We are excited to announce that our moderator will be Lisa Coleman, NCDOT Legacy Leadership Program Director. This event will be a fantastic opportunity to learn about the importants of envisioning yourself as a leader, using your experience to combine the higher and lower perspectives within the company to make informed decisions aligned with strategy– all while doing your job extremely well.

Our program is open to all, so you do not have to be a current WTS member to attend. Breakfast will be provided and parking pass will be made available to attendees. 

Fee: $10 + a canned food donation to the Food Bank of NC
