Hard Hat Tour of The Tappan

CSI members and guests are invited to a hard hat tour of The Tappan, a $22 million development bringing 95 apartments and a locally owned bakery to Tremont. Attendees will see first-hand the temporary hydronic heating equipment that The Chas. E. Phipps Company is providing to heat the building through winter. Dinner at Fat Cats to follow.
