Annual Meeting Fees
Early Registration Fee: $95. (Register by March 20th)
Late Registration Fee: $105. (Register between Mar. 21-31)
Deadline for all registrations is March 31st.

Registration fee includes: all meals (Friday lunch, Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and snacks), costs associated with special guests and meeting materials.

 Registration options:

• Register online and pay with a credit card
  The SWC has a Pay Pal account, so we can accept credit card payments. (You DO NOT need to have a Pay Pal account in order to pay with a credit card.)

• Register online and pay with a check
  Choose the check option when completing the online registration.

  Completing the online registration form:

• If you close the window before fully completing the registration, you cannot access the online registration form again - unless you use a different e-mail address. 
• Registrants successfully completing the registration will receive a confirmation e-mail.

Online registration for 2 people who share a single e-mail address

If you plan to register a spouse/partner who shares a single e-mail address with you, you must complete the lower portion of the registration form with the second person's information. You will not be able to access the online registration form a second time using the same e-mail address.
