Thanksgiving Alive! is back!  This service focused retreat for Junior and Senior High youth will be held in Southern Arizona with a focus on welcoming the stranger.  There will be education, service projects, food, fun, worship, and fellowship.

Program Staff & Adult Advisors are needed! If your church is sending kids, please help us by sending an adult advisor.

The cost for everyone is $50.   Scholarship funds can be requested. WE DO NOT WANT ANYONE TO MISS THIS RETREAT DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS! Please call the office with any concerns. We will do all we can on a case by case basis.

Transportation will be provided from Phoenix at a round trip cost of $40.  Some travel assistance is also available for those from New Mexico or El Paso.  Please call the office.

Registering for the event

Online reservation allows you to pay with a credit card and reserves you a spot at the retreat. Your registration will not be considered complete until the Conference office receives the required forms - registration form, covenant, and health form. If you choose to pay with a check instead of a credit card, the check must be included with your completed forms.

Final registration deadline: Oct. 31st
All forms and full payment (including transportation fee, if applicable) must be received at the Southwest Conference office by the close of business on Oct. 31st.

Note about Pay Pal:
The default name for the credit card on the Pay Pal screen will be the same name you entered in the Attendee information box. This is something we cannot change.
It will not matter what name appears. As long as the credit card number, expiration date and security code are correct, the charge will be processed.
