Make a Difference . . . in the mud!
Comal County Habitat for Humanity has built 30 homes in Comal County since 1993.  This gives over 100 people adequate housing. Our goal is to build 4 more this year! With your support, Comal County Habitat for Humanity will reach this goal!  You play in the mud, we build on rock!  Thank you for joining us this year and for your support!

Mud Play:  Co-ed teams of 6 to 10 players.  Ages 14 years of age & older. 6 of those players must be on the court at all times, two of whom must be female.  Six round robin guaranteed games, weather permitting.  Games are recreational and have rally scoring.  Winning teams advance to the playoffs.

Muddigans – only $5 each.  (A Muddigan can be used to re-serve a bad serve.  For use only in round robin games.  Limit to one per game.)

You Should Bring:
Cash
Chair (no bleachers or sitting available at venue)
ID
Shoes, you must wear shoes to play
Duct Tape, plan on taping your shoes to your feet

You Should NOT Bring:
Alcohol, there will be a search at entrance
Drinks of any kind
Grills, food vendors will be on site
Glass,  no bottles or containers of any kind
Dogs or other pets
Jewelry

 

What We Need You to Know:

Cost per team:  $250.00

Players per team: Each team can have 6 to 10 players on the roster.  Co-ed teams of 6 players must be on the court at all times, two of whom must be female.

Pick Up Team Packets Thursday afternoon:  Packets for teams will be available for early pick-up from 2pm to 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29th, 2014, at the Habitat office located at 1269 Industrial Drive.

You Can Set Up Camp:  Space is limited.  Gates will open on Saturday at 7:30 a.m.  Arrive in plenty of time to find your team and your court.  Any team arriving late will forfeit their first game.

Come Prepared:  Know the name of your team captain, the name of your team or the name of the company sponsoring your team.

Rent a Tent – Keep Your Cool:  during registration choose the option to reserve your Beachfront Tent Package!

Team Captains’ Meeting:  Istructions and Rules will be handed out at check in. At check in you will also receive your court and tent assignments.
