Summer Adventure 2016 

PLEASE READ BEFORE REGISTERING:

Online registration is for paypal payments only with a $1 convenience fee added, you don't have to have a paypal account to register online. The total online registration fee for Summer Adventure fee is $11.

If you want to pay by check or cash for $10, stop by the Asbury wing on Sunday mornings after June 1 through July 10, or drop your forms off at the front office during the week.  If you need more information or registration forms, you can pick up our Summer Adventure newsletter at the church or email Jan Hicks (jan.hicks@trinityhsv.org)

IMPORTANT: You ARE NOT registered until you complete the online medical form at www.trinityhsv.org/childmedform. We suggest you complete the Medical Form for each child participating BEFORE you register for Summer Adventure.

Pick up your t-shirts on Sunday mornings at “Registration Rock” in the Children’s Lobby in the Asbury wing through July 17.

Registration closes July 10 so we ensure enough leaders for our teams.
