Staff Application for 2018-2019 Youth Events 

Good news!!!  We have simplified our application process to make it possible for you to apply only once to be considered for any or all of the 2018-2019 youth events that you want to staff.  All three retreats will take place at Camp Hardtner.

As you fill out the application, just put a check beside the events you would like to staff.  After the application deadline for each event, the adult leaders will review all of the applications for that event and select those who are best suited to staff it.  Those people who are selected will be asked to provide additional info (the usual emergency contact and insurance information, etc.) as well as pay the event fee ($95 for JEYL and CLEY, $100 for Happening).  Remember, if you are not chosen for one retreat, you will still be considered for any other one you checked on your form.

Here are some important dates to keep in mind as you apply:

• JEYL, November 16-18 (Submit online staff app by October 15)
• Happening #57, January 18-20 (Submit online staff app by OCTOBER 22; Clergy reference form must be received by November 1.  You can download it here.  If you already submitted an app for another retreat, the only thing you must submit before the deadline is the clergy reference form.
• CLEY, March 22-24 (Submit online staff app by February 4)
