59th Annual Celebration to recognize new businesses and newly improved businesses for the year. The Spirit of Jefferson honors the Distinguished Citizen of the year award, The Business of the year award is given by the Chamber of Commerce. Open Bar 6:00-7:00 p.m., dinner served at 7:00 p.m. with program and awards to follow.
