Please join Victoria Wilson author of her new book “A Life of Barbara Stanwyck, Steel –True 1907-1940” in a discussion - life in Hollywood during the 1930's, America during the Depression and the way the dream factory and reality interacted. Lecture and book signing take place at the historic residence built for Barbara Stanwyck and later occupied by actor Jack Oakie.

Join us on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at the historic 1937 home of Barbara Stanwyck. Book signing with light refreshment will be served following Ms. Wilson's lecture.

The event will be held outdoors with a portion of the first floor open for viewing before and after Ms. Wilson's talk. Historic information and photographs will be displayed. Docents will provide information on the Marwyck Ranch Thoroughbred breeding history.

Books will be available for purchase.

Offsite parking with shuttel service provided. Parking information will be provided with registration confirmation.

The cost of this exceptional event is $30.00 per person. All funds will go toward restoration of this historic residence.
