Be an exhibitor at the Arizona Council for the Social Studies' Annual Conference, the premier conference for Arizona Social Studies Educators!

This year's conference will be held at Mesa Community College where you will have the opportunity to engage, promote and network with social studies educators. Exhibitor tables will be in the Event Tent on east side of campus where the conference registration, breakfast, awards lunch, and keynote address will take palce. There will be dedicated time in the program for teachers to visit exhibitor tables.
SET UP: Exhibitors can set-up the morning of Oct. 25th beginning at 6:30 am.
DOOR PRIZES: We ask exhibitors to donate at least one door prize. We will be providing exhibitors with raffle tickets to pass out to those that visit your table. Raffle tickets will be used to distribute door prizes!
SESSION PROPOSALS: You are invited to submitt a proposal to present at the ACSS Conference. Our conference features sessions for all the K-12 strands of social studies (world history, civics, geography, economics, and U.S./Arizona history) as well as a dedicated strand for Arizona's College and Career Ready Standards! Conference proposals must be submitted by Aug. 29th The program committee will review proposals and notifiy applicants no later than Sept. 12th. To submit a proposal click here.
CONFERENCE ATTENDANCE: If you would like the benefits of ACSS membership and would like to attend the conference as a participant (in addition to an exhibitor), please register here. If you can't attend but would like your materials distriubuted, continue to fill out exhibitor registration below.
LODGING: We will provide a list of nearby hotels & motels & restaurants later this summer.
SPONSORSHIP: If your organization is interested in sponosring the ACSS Conference or a cash award (multiple levels/options available) please contact Diana Strouth at dianastrouth@aol.com. Supporting organizations will be recognized in the program and on signage at the sponsored event.
CANCELLATIONS: Tables must be cancelled by Oct. 10th for a refund.
