Exhibitor Registration

The Exhibit Hall will be open from 8:00 a.m. - 12 Noon

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Men’s Health Forum! By becoming an Exhibitor, you will help us inform and educate medically underserved men about vital resources available in our community.

 Registration Includes

• One (1) 6’x 8’ space
• One (1) 6’ table
• Two (2) chairs
• One (1) table linen
• Breakfast and lunch for two representatives per exhibitor
• Parking
• Electricity will be available if advanced notice is provided

Friday, February 1, 2019

Please note

• Exhibitors must provide health, wellness and quality of life resources.  No sales are permitted. 
• Organizers reserve the right to decline exhibitor participation.
• The Men’s Health Forum is a bi-lingual (English/Spanish) event.  All exhibitors are expected to have at least one bi-lingual representative on-site for the entire day.

Event Set-Up
Information will be provided prior to the event.

Giveaways - If you plan to have giveaways, expect approximately 500-600 participants to visit your table.
