Whack & Roll Nonprofit Tournament Waiver Form

Each player is required to sign a waiver form prior to playing in the Whack & Roll Tournament. You are strongly encouraged to take care of this ahead of time. This will save you time at check-in on Saturday, June 5. Each team must check-in between 7:15 and 7:45 am.
