Programs presented as part of the Journeying Home Conference are designed to meet continuing education criteria for nursing, social work and other professions. The target audience includes hospice professionals, nurses, oncology nurses, ITC and hospital nurses, LPNs, social workers, counselors, chaplains and clergy.
