Critical Infrastructure Reentry with Drones and Situational Awareness Project (CIRSAP)- Washington State

Join the Pacific NorthWest Economic Region (PNWER) and its Center for Regional Disaster Resilience (CRDR) for a workshop on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 from 8:00am-1:00pm in Tukwila, WA. The goal is to improve Situational Awareness of the Status of Critical Infrastructure and spread awareness of our UAS Users Group and increase inventory survey participation.
Become part of the Washington UAS/Drone Users Group by taking the short survey HERE.
The 2019 Resilience Challenge Grant project seeks to develop methodologies to allow for the rapid inspection of critical infrastructure in post-disasters using drones (also called Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)). This information can then be shared with state level emergency management agencies to establish better situational awareness and a common operating picture.
More information on the project is here
