Grant-Funded Participant Application

Submission Deadline: Friday, February 9, 2018

The Georgia Trauma Foundation is proud to offer this life-saving continuing education to nurses that are providing patient care in a Designated Trauma Center or hospital in Georgia. 

There are a limited number of grant-funded seats offered for this course at no cost to the participant.

To apply:

1. Complete and submit application form.

2. Provide a $150 deposit by check or credit card. Deposits will be returned if:

  - you are denied from a grant-funded seat (Checks can wait to be sent, once approved, but must be received at least 30 days before the course start date)

 - you cancel at least 10 business days before the course start date

 - you attend the course

The Course Coordinator will notify applicants of acceptance, 1-3 business days after the application deadline, with further details.

The Georgia Trauma Foundation and Education Sub-Committee will provide their best efforts to accommodate as many participants and hospitals as possible.
