Worker Classification: Independent Contractor or Employee
This free seminar is designed to help a business determine whether a worker is an employee or an independent contractor.
The instructors will explain how each type of worker is treated for tax purposes and review Forms W-2 and 1099.
A review of employment tax responsibilities and self-employment tax calculation will be discussed.
Registration is required as seating is limited.
