Commercial Leases

Commercial Leases for Small Businesses is a seminar given by an attorney from the City Bar Justice Center Neighborhood Entrepreneur Law Project. 

Topics to be discussed: Negotiating a Commercial Lease, What is a Commercial Lease? Term Lease, First Option to Purchase, Exit Clause and Succession Planning. 

The seminar will be given by a volunteer attorney from the City Bar Justice Center Neighborhood Entrepreneurship Law Project. 

Registration is required as seating is limited.
