Slaughterhouse Lane Coffin & Zombie Stretcher Races 

Spirits will be high as businesses, organizations, clubs, families and friends compete during the 3^rd Annual Slaughterhouse Coffin Races.  ALL ARE WELCOME for this family friendly Fall day in the park.

The coffin races are similar to Virginia City’s Outhouse Races in which teams of 4 runners push a homemade coffin with a rider down our Slaughterhouse Lane course.  The course is approximately 250 feet and the team will be required to run the course multiple qualifying times throughout the day. Qualifier heats will determine the top four teams which will then compete in the final heats.

NEW THIS YEAR-The Challenge

Businesses, organizations, clubs, family and friends are encouraged to CHALLENGE another team, two teams signing up together will receive a discount IF REGISTERED BY OCTOBER 1^st

ASLO NEW THIS YEAR- The Zombie Stretcher Race

For ages 15 and under will be the two-person teams of  homemade stretchers with a “fake” Zombie Rider.
