March 8 Workshop EVENING – Advance Care Planning: A hands-on workshop with Honoring Choices

In this VIRTUAL workshop via ZOOM, we’re going to roll up our sleeves and begin the guided process of building out your own custom Health Care Directive. Participants will be supplied with all of the necessary forms. This hands-on VIRTUAL workshop will be on March 8 2021 from 7:00 - 8:30 pm.
