Nov 2019 Workshop EVENING - Advance Care Planning: Protecting your Voice

SHIFT Members can come and work to complete their own Advance Care Directive under the guidance of trained facilitators from Honoring Choices MN. This hands-on workshops will be on Tuesday, November 12th, 7 pm-9 pm at the AARP Room at the Mall of America.
