2018 Nebraska Turf Conference

Exhibitor Registration

The Nebraska Turfgrass Association is excited to announce its 2018 Nebraska Turf Conference Tuesday, January 9 - Thursday, January 11 at the LaVista Conference Center.  We are planning a strong educational program, an expanded trade show floor and are expecting another large crowd.  We hope your company will consider being an exhibitor.

Tradeshow:  The tradeshow is Tuesday, January 9 from 4:00-6:00 pm and Wednesday, January 10 from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm.  Booth set-up is 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Tuesday.  The booth fee includes wireless internet, electricity, a standard 8'x10' booth space, one 8' table draped and skirted, two chairs, an identifying sign, two name badges, show program listing and conference registration for two representatives.  Additional representatives may be added for $50.00 each.  Conference exhibitors also receive a complimentary exhibit space at the 2018 Nebraska Turfgrass Research Field Day in July. 

Equipment Policy: If you are interested in displaying equipment at the tradeshow, please conact Wendy Morrissey at wmorrissey2@unl.edu or 402-472-5351 to discuss options.

Cancellation Policy:  A refund minus a $100 handling fee will be returned if the NTA receives written notice prior to December 1, 2017.  Cancellations received after December 1, 2017 will forfeit all payments.  In the unlikely event the conference is cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, your fees will be considered a donation to the NTA.

Sponsorships:  There are many sponsorship opportunities for companies to show their support of the NTA's scholarships and research and also gain exposure in Nebraska's turf industry.  All sponsorships include a listing in the conference directory, acknowledgement in the NTA newsletter, and a tabletop sign for your booth.
